Every 2 years I upgrade my cameras and sell the old ones on E-bay. This way I am able to keep up with newer models that have been improved and are generally better cameras than the earlier models and I am able to get good value from the camera I am selling so that I can continue to reinvest into newer models. I have just unboxed a new nikon d 3100 and also sold on e-bay the Nikon d 40x that I am replacing it with. I have to say that this little camera is super easy to use and the quality of the images and HD video is very impressive. I just got back from taking a couple of images with it that I will display below so you can see the quality it creates on just the program mode. I am also impressed with the macro images that this camera takes, even with the on camera flash the exposures are right on.
